DMCA & Copyright Notice

1. Our position

IPTV Encoder respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of everyone who uses this website. We do not host, own, produce, upload or control any broadcast content, and we do not operate the servers on which third-party streams are stored. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. Submitting a takedown notice

If you own, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of, a copyright that you believe is being infringed through material we control, send a written notice to support@iptv-encoder.us with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.

3. What a valid notice must contain

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The exact URL or a description precise enough for us to locate the material you want removed.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. Knowingly filing a false claim may expose you to liability for damages under Section 512(f).

4. What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices within 3 business days and remove or disable access to the identified material we control, or forward the notice to the responsible upstream provider where the material is outside our control. Repeat infringers lose access to the service permanently.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the removed material and its former location, include your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a United States federal court in your district.
