1. Who we are

IPTV Encoder ("we", "us") provides IPTV streaming subscriptions to customers in the United States through the website iptv-encoder.us. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Questions can be sent to support@iptv-encoder.us.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data — the phone number, WhatsApp profile name or email address you use to contact us.
• Order data — the plan you purchased, activation date, expiry date and the devices you asked us to configure.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers. We only receive a transaction reference, amount, currency and status.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic reporting.

3. How we use your data

We use it to deliver and activate your subscription, provide support, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse of our servers, and to understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Processors we rely on

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and fraud prevention.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — customer support messaging.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 website measurement.
• Our hosting and CDN providers — website delivery and security.

Each processor handles your data under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes described above.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure visits and conversions such as WhatsApp button clicks. These cookies do not store your name or payment details. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics without losing access to the website.

6. Retention

Order and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes (typically seven years). Support conversations are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention setting.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell it in any case. Email support@iptv-encoder.us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and payment credentials never touch our systems. No online service can promise absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
