Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By ordering or using an IPTV Encoder subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is intended for private, non-commercial household use in the United States.

3. What the service is

IPTV Encoder provides access to a streaming middleware service and playlist. We are a service provider — we do not produce, own, broadcast or archive any of the content that may be reachable through third-party streams, and we do not supply any physical hardware. Channel line-ups, on-demand catalogues and stream quality can change at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, sublicense, rebroadcast or publicly display the service.
• Do not share your credentials outside your household or exceed the simultaneous device limit of your plan.
• Do not record, copy or redistribute streams.
• Do not use the service to infringe anyone's rights or to break any applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for what you access.
• Do not attempt to probe, scrape or overload our servers.

Breaching this section allows us to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund.

5. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on our pricing page and are charged as a single upfront payment per term (1 month, 3 months or 12 months). Card payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe's terms. We do not store card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you choose whether to renew at the end of your term. Sales tax is added where legally required.

6. Activation and delivery

Subscriptions are delivered digitally, normally within 5–15 minutes of payment, via the WhatsApp number or email you provide. It is your responsibility to give us correct contact details and to have a compatible device and a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, your ISP, VPN usage or local network conditions can affect playback. Temporary interruptions are not a breach of these terms.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, contact support first — most issues are fixed in minutes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your subscription and refusal of future orders.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, abusive behaviour toward staff, or non-payment.
