How to install IPTV on Windows PC, step by step
Step 1: Install a desktop IPTV player
Download VLC Media Player, MyIPTV Player or an IPTV Pro desktop client from its official site rather than a mirror. VLC is the safest starting point for a first test.

In VLC choose Media, then Open Network Stream, and paste the M3U URL we sent you. In a dedicated client choose Xtream Codes and enter the portal, username and password instead.
Step 3: Load the EPG
If your player supports it, add the XMLTV guide URL from your activation message so channels show programme names and times instead of numbers.

A free popular IPTV playlist is useful for confirming your player and network are configured correctly, but expect many dead links. Move to a paid line for stable sports and 4K.
Step 5: Enable hardware acceleration
In the player's video settings switch decoding to automatic or hardware and set the output to Direct3D 11. This removes stuttering on 4K feeds and lowers CPU use dramatically.

If channels time out, open Windows Security, go to Firewall and network protection, and allow the player through both private and public networks. Corporate or campus networks may still require a VPN.
